Jaydil records, stores and analyses the data that is available to us through the stores. This includes the data that is provided by the buyer while purchasing a product from Jaydil. The following are the information’s that we gather from a customer:
When you(customer) purchase a certain product from Jaydil, as part of buying/selling process we collect your personal information which you provide us such as your name, address, email address and contact number.
With your permission we use send you emails about our store, new arrivals and offers.
Jaydil is committed to ensure that the information provided by you to us is completely secure. In order to prevent unauthorised or disclosure, we have to include such procedures to secure and safeguard all the information that we collect directly online.
We sometimes collect numerous information from the visitors to our sites to help us to provide a better customer service. We do maintain highest levels of confidentiality for all these information’s to secure and safeguard our customers. None of these information’s is tracked or reviewed by an individual. If you do not want share the information’s in this manner, you can select disable your cookies or opt-out during download or request page.
All the products will be delivered with 1-5 days depending upon availability of the products. Usually we try to deliver our products in 1-2 days from the booking time depending upon the customers availability. In case while delivering a certain product the delivery man/customer opts to change the product (Battery, UPS, Tyres), can directly contact Jaydil.
All the product delivery will be free of cost. The instillation of Battery & UPS have been done by Jaydil. However, market charges are applicable.
If you see there is any damage in the product which is delivered to you then you directly need to contact Jaydil in the presence of the delivery man.Note: If customer wants additional information can directly contact Jaydil at +91 80932 14638 or mail us at email@example.com. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the cash is collected against the billed amount when the the product is delivered to the customer.
Once installed/verified, there will not be any refund. Please ensure to collect the warranty card from the person who delivered you the product.
In case if a customer is paying through credit/Debit/Net Banking, the customer is eligible for full refund. In case the product is dispatched and not delivered, an amount of Rs200 will be withheld. In case the product is installed/ verified there will be no refund. The warranty options can be availed after the delivery of the products. Customers can cancel orders by cancel process through website, calling us at +91 80932 14638 or mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.Note: If the payment is made using credit cards, Net Banking then 3% will be deducted while refund. If the payment is made using Debit cards 1% will while deducted while refund.
The amount will be refund to the Customer within 5 to 7 working Days.

Return of the product will be made based on the valid reasons for return, subject to authenticity and non-tampering of the product.
